FNCH is a private, non-profit, AI/AN community-based health and human services organization, which was incorporated in New Mexico in 1985. FNCH is committed to providing a culturally competent, comprehensive health service delivery system integrating traditional values to enhance the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental well being of AI/AN families and other underserved populations residing in Albuquerque and on tribal reservations. FNCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center and the only Title V Urban Indian Health program in New Mexico.
